This program offers access to our schedule of specialized Group Coaching 6 days per week. Every workout is designed to boost your metabolism, increase your functional strength, and improve flexibility. The group setting is always fun and each workout offers a new challenge.
Semi-Private Coaching
Elite Coaching:
This program offers Group Coaching in addition to four semi-private training sessions per month. In this program you will meet with 1-2 other teammates alongside one of our certified fitness coaches. This smaller, more personalized setting focuses on in depth instruction and perfecting your exercise technique.

Why Impact Personal Training?

Our assessment looks at strength, flexibility, and mobility and drives the development of your exercise program. What makes Impact Trainers different?
We consider our Trainers to be your Fitness Coaches. All of our trainers are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Most of our trainers also have college degrees in kinesiology, exercise science or human performance. We insist that Impact Personal trainers stay current with the industry’s most cutting edge methods and our trainers hold themselves to the highest standards as well.
How we design the right program for you?
Every client that walks through our door is given a functional assessment. Our assessment looks at total body movement and how it will relate to your exercise program. The assessment will be provided by one of our certified Fitness Coaches to evaluate for imbalances between muscular strength, flexibility, and mobility. Identifying these factors as soon as possible will help to reduce your risk of injury prior to beginning an exercise program. We believe all of our clients have the potential to exercise at a high level. However, identifying these areas of high risk and imbalance first will ensure that the program developed specifically for you will get you there safely. No two bodies move the same and everyone has specific abilities, needs, and limitations. This is why Impact Training clients have the greatest chance for success no matter what result they are trying to achieve.

Our affordable training is why so many clients have invested in our programs. Through our years of experience, we learned that the clients who came to see our trainers with more frequency achieved the best results. The cost of seeing a trainer three times per week is no longer a limiting factor. Along with the expansion of a 2,000 square foot training facility, we developed the Impact Personal Training Program that allows our clients to see a Fitness Coach as often as they’d like for as little as $129 per month.
